١. قبول الشروط وتعريفات

بتحميلك واستخدامك تطبيق SNLE Trainer ("التطبيق")، فأنت توافق صراحةً على هذه الشروط والأحكام ("الشروط") والالتزام بها بالكامل.

في هذه الوثيقة:

• "نحن" أو "المطوّر" تشير إلى عبدالهادي العنزي (Abdulhadi Alanazi)
• "أنت" أو "المستخدم" تشير إلى أي شخص يستخدم التطبيق
• "التطبيق" يشير إلى SNLE Trainer على منصة iOS

إذا كنت لا توافق على أي بند من هذه الشروط، يُرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق وحذفه فوراً من جهازك.

٢. الأهلية والعمر

شروط استخدام التطبيق:

• يجب أن تكون 18 عاماً أو أكثر لاستخدام التطبيق بشكل مستقل
• إذا كنت بين 13-17 عاماً، يجب الحصول على إذن وليّ الأمر أو الوصي القانوني قبل الاستخدام
• التطبيق غير مخصص للأطفال دون سن 13 عاماً، ولا نسمح بإنشاء حسابات لهم
• المستخدم المثالي: طالب أو ممارس في تخصص التمريض

سياسة حسابات القاصرين:

• إذا اكتشفنا أن حساباً يخص قاصراً دون السن المسموح، سنحذف الحساب فوراً
• على أولياء الأمور إبلاغنا على [email protected] إذا اكتشفوا أن طفلهم أنشأ حساباً
• نلتزم بقوانين حماية الأطفال (COPPA الأمريكي ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي)

٣. استقلالية التطبيق

SNLE Trainer تطبيق خاص ومستقل، يقدمه مطور مستقل بهدف خدمة طلاب التمريض.

• غير تابع لأي جهة حكومية أو هيئة اعتماد
• لا يمثل أي جهة رسمياً ولا يتحدث باسمها
• لا يستخدم أي محتوى من اختبارات رسمية
• محتوى التطبيق تدريبي مستقل بالكامل

٤. وصف الخدمة

SNLE Trainer منظومة تدريبية ذكية متكاملة للتدريب على أسئلة التمريض. توفر:

• أسئلة تدريبية في تخصصات التمريض المختلفة
• اختبارات تدريبية شاملة
• إحصائيات وتتبع التقدم الدراسي
• مساعد ذكي (AI Tutor) لشرح الأسئلة
• صوت إنجليزي وترجمة عربية
• ملاحظات شخصية على الأسئلة

٥. طبيعة المحتوى التعليمي

SNLE Trainer ليس مرجعاً طبياً. المحتوى المقدّم:

• تدريبي تعليمي بحت لطلاب التمريض
• لا يُعدّ تشخيصاً طبياً ولا وصفة علاجية
• لا يجوز استخدامه لاتخاذ قرارات سريرية فعلية
• لا يخضع لتصنيف "Medical Device"
• الهدف: التدريب على أنماط الأسئلة وفهم المفاهيم

٦. الذكاء الاصطناعي والمحتوى المُولَّد

نُميّز بوضوح بين المحتوى الأصلي والمحتوى المُولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي:

نوصي بالتحقق دائماً من المصادر الأكاديمية الموثوقة قبل اعتماد أي معلومة.

٧. المحتوى التدريبي ومصدر الأسئلة

SNLE Trainer منصة تدريبية تعليمية. المحتوى التدريبي مُعدّ لأغراض التدريب على أنماط الأسئلة ومفاهيم التمريض الأساسية:

• المحتوى مُقدَّم "كما هو" لأغراض تعليمية وتدريبية فقط
• الأسئلة محتوى تدريبي مستقل، ليست مأخوذة من أي اختبار رسمي
• لا نضمن أن أي سؤال محدد سيظهر في أي اختبار رسمي
• التطبيق مستقل تماماً ولا يمثّل أي جهة رسمية
• فلسفتنا: التدريب على الأنماط وفهم المفاهيم، لا حفظ أسئلة بعينها

٨. الشراء والمدفوعات

الخطط المتاحة:

• النسخة المجانية: وصول محدود لتجربة التطبيق (20 سؤال، 5 من كل قسم)
• الوصول الكامل: 1,000 ريال سعودي — شراء مرة واحدة فقط، بدون رسوم تجديد أو تجديد تلقائي

تفاصيل المدفوعات:

• المدفوعات تتم حصرياً عبر Apple In-App Purchase
• الأسعار تشمل جميع الضرائب المطبقة (إن وُجدت)
• لا توجد رسوم متجددة، اشتراكات شهرية، أو تجديد تلقائي
• "الوصول الكامل" يعني وصول دائم طوال فترة توفّر الخدمة

٩. ما يشمله شراؤك (1,000 ريال - مرة واحدة)

عند شرائك للوصول الكامل، فأنت تدفع لـ منظومة تدريبية ذكية متكاملة:

١٠. الاستخدام المقبول

يُسمح بالاستخدام للأغراض التعليمية الشخصية فقط. يُحظر:

• نسخ أو توزيع محتوى التطبيق بأي شكل
• تصوير شاشات لأغراض تجارية أو نشرها
• مشاركة بيانات حسابك مع آخرين
• محاولة اختراق أو عكس هندسة التطبيق
• استخدام الأسئلة لتدريب AI آخر
• الاستخدام التجاري بدون إذن كتابي مسبق

١١. الملكية الفكرية

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون، جميع محتويات التطبيق — بما فيها الشروحات، الترجمات، الأصوات، التصميم، الكود، الواجهة، والشعار — هي ملك للمطوّر ومحمية بموجب قوانين حقوق الملكية الفكرية في المملكة العربية السعودية والمواثيق الدولية.

لا يجوز نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو توزيع أو تعديل أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة من أي جزء من التطبيق دون إذن كتابي مسبق من المطوّر.

١٢. إخلاء المسؤولية

إخلاء عام:

• التطبيق أداة تدريبية، ليس بديلاً عن الدراسة الأكاديمية
• لا نضمن دقة المعلومات في جميع الأوقات
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية نتائج أي اختبار رسمي
• لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي قرار سريري مبني على المحتوى

١٣. حدود المسؤولية

في حدود ما يسمح به القانون النافذ، لا يتحمل المطوّر أو أي طرف ذي صلة أي مسؤولية مدنية أو جنائية عن:

• النتيجة الفعلية لأي اختبار رسمي
• أي قرار سريري أو مهني يُتّخذ بناءً على محتوى التطبيق
• أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة (مالية، معنوية، أو غيرها) ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق
• انقطاع الخدمة بسبب صيانة، تحديثات، أو عوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا
• فقدان البيانات بسبب أعطال خوادم الطرف الثالث (Supabase, Apple, إلخ)
• أخطاء أو معلومات غير دقيقة في المحتوى المُولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي

١٤. الإبلاغ عن الأخطاء

إذا اكتشفت خطأ في أي سؤال، إجابة، شرح، أو ترجمة:

• استخدم زر الإبلاغ 🚩 داخل التطبيق
• أو راسلنا على [email protected]
• نراجع البلاغات خلال 48 ساعة
• نُحدّث المحتوى تلقائياً عبر التطبيق

١٥. إنهاء الحساب

نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق حسابك في حالات:

• مشاركة الحساب مع آخرين
• محاولة استخراج الأسئلة بطرق غير مشروعة
• الاستخدام لأغراض غير تعليمية
• انتهاك أي من هذه الشروط

سنُبلغك بالقرار مع توضيح الأسباب.

١٦. بنود خاصة بـ Apple

عند تحميلك التطبيق من App Store، تنطبق البنود التالية:

• هذه الشروط بينك وبين المطوّر فقط، وليست بينك وبين Apple Inc.
• Apple ليست مسؤولة عن التطبيق أو محتواه
• Apple ليست ملزمة بتقديم أي دعم أو صيانة للتطبيق
• في حال عدم مطابقة التطبيق للضمانات المعمول بها، يحق لك إبلاغ Apple، التي ستُعيد سعر الشراء (إن وُجد). فيما عدا ذلك، Apple غير مسؤولة عن أي ضمان آخر
• المطوّر مسؤول عن أي مطالبات من المستخدم أو طرف ثالث تتعلق بالتطبيق
• المطوّر مسؤول عن التحقيق في أي ادعاء بانتهاك حقوق ملكية فكرية متعلقة بالتطبيق
• يجب أن تلتزم بكل بنود اتفاقية المستخدم لخدمات Apple
• Apple وشركاتها التابعة مستفيدون من بنود الطرف الثالث في هذه الشروط، ولها الحق في تنفيذها

١٧. القانون المطبّق

تخضع هذه الشروط لأنظمة المملكة العربية السعودية. أي نزاع يُحل عبر المحاكم المختصة في المملكة.

١٨. قابلية الفصل

إذا اعتُبر أي جزء من هذه الشروط باطلاً قانونياً، يبقى باقي الشروط نافذاً. يُستبدل الجزء الباطل بشرط مشابه قانوني.

١٩. تعديل الشروط

نحتفظ بحق تعديل هذه الشروط في أي وقت. سنُبلغك بالتغييرات الجوهرية عبر:

• إشعار داخل التطبيق
• تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى الوثيقة
• رسالة بريد إلكتروني (إذا لزم)

استمرارك في الاستخدام بعد التعديل يُعتبر موافقة على الشروط الجديدة.

1. Acceptance and Definitions

By downloading and using the SNLE Trainer app ("the App"), you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and to comply with them in full.

In this document:

• "We" or "Developer" refers to Abdulhadi Alanazi
• "You" or "User" refers to anyone using the App
• "The App" refers to SNLE Trainer on iOS platform

If you do not agree to any of these terms, please do not use the App and delete it immediately from your device.

2. Eligibility and Age

Conditions for using the App:

• You must be 18 years or older to use the App independently
• If you are 13-17 years old, you must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before using
• The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not allow them to create accounts
• Ideal user: a student or practitioner in nursing

Minors Account Policy:

• If we discover an account belongs to a minor below the permitted age, we will delete the account immediately
• Parents must notify us at [email protected] if they discover their child has created an account
• We comply with child protection laws (US COPPA and Saudi Personal Data Protection Law)

3. App Independence

SNLE Trainer is a private, independent app, provided by an independent developer to serve nursing students.

• Not affiliated with any government entity or accreditation body
• Does not officially represent any entity or speak on its behalf
• Does not use any content from official examinations
• App content is entirely independent training material

4. Service Description

SNLE Trainer is a comprehensive intelligent practice system for nursing exam questions. It provides:

• Practice questions in various nursing specialties
• Comprehensive practice tests
• Statistics and study progress tracking
• Intelligent assistant (AI Tutor) for question explanations
• English audio and Arabic translation
• Personal notes on questions

5. Nature of Educational Content

SNLE Trainer is not a medical reference. The content provided is:

• Purely educational and training-oriented for nursing students
• Not considered medical diagnosis or treatment prescription
• Not to be used for actual clinical decisions
• Not classified as a "Medical Device"
• Purpose: training on question patterns and understanding concepts

6. Artificial Intelligence and Generated Content

We clearly distinguish between original content and AI-generated content:

We always recommend verifying with reliable academic sources before adopting any information.

7. Training Content and Question Source

SNLE Trainer is an educational training platform. The training content is prepared for the purpose of training on question patterns and core nursing concepts:

• Content is provided "as is" for educational and training purposes only
• Questions are independent training content, not taken from any official exam
• We do not guarantee that any specific question will appear in any official exam
• The App is completely independent and does not represent any official entity
• Our philosophy: training on patterns and understanding concepts, not memorizing specific questions

8. Purchase and Payments

Available Plans:

• Free Version: Limited access to try the App (20 questions, 5 from each section)
• Full Access: 1,000 SAR — one-time purchase only, no recurring fees or auto-renewal

Payment Details:

• Payments are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase
• Prices include all applicable taxes (if any)
• No recurring fees, monthly subscriptions, or auto-renewal
• "Full Access" means permanent access throughout the service availability period

9. What Your Purchase Includes (1,000 SAR - One-Time)

When you purchase full access, you are paying for a comprehensive intelligent training system:

10. Acceptable Use

Use is permitted for personal educational purposes only. The following is prohibited:

• Copying or distributing app content in any form
• Taking screenshots for commercial purposes or publishing them
• Sharing your account data with others
• Attempting to hack or reverse-engineer the App
• Using questions to train another AI
• Commercial use without prior written permission

11. Intellectual Property

To the extent permitted by law, all app contents — including explanations, translations, audio, design, code, interface, and logo — are owned by the Developer and protected by intellectual property laws in Saudi Arabia and international conventions.

It is not permitted to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App without prior written permission from the Developer.

12. Disclaimer

General Disclaimer:

• The App is a training tool, not a substitute for academic study
• We do not guarantee information accuracy at all times
• We are not responsible for any official exam results
• We are not responsible for any clinical decision based on the content

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer or any related party bears no civil or criminal liability for:

• Actual result of any official exam
• Any clinical or professional decision made based on app content
• Any direct or indirect damages (financial, moral, or otherwise) resulting from using the App
• Service interruption due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control
• Data loss due to third-party server failures (Supabase, Apple, etc.)
• Errors or inaccurate information in AI-generated content

14. Error Reporting

If you discover an error in any question, answer, explanation, or translation:

• Use the 🚩 report button inside the App
• Or contact us at [email protected]
• We review reports within 48 hours
• Content is updated automatically through the App

15. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account in cases of:

• Sharing the account with others
• Attempting to extract questions through illegitimate means
• Using for non-educational purposes
• Violating any of these terms

We will notify you of the decision with the reasons explained.

16. Apple-Specific Terms

When you download the App from App Store, the following terms apply:

• These terms are between you and the Developer only, not between you and Apple Inc.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple is not obligated to provide any support or maintenance for the App
• In case the App does not match applicable warranties, you may notify Apple, who will refund the purchase price (if any). Otherwise, Apple is not responsible for any other warranty
• The Developer is responsible for any claims from the user or third party related to the App
• The Developer is responsible for investigating any allegation of intellectual property infringement related to the App
• You must comply with all terms of the Apple Services User Agreement
• Apple and its affiliates are third-party beneficiaries of these terms, and have the right to enforce them

17. Governing Law

These terms are subject to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute is resolved through competent courts in the Kingdom.

18. Severability

If any part of these terms is deemed legally invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. The invalid part is replaced with a similar legal provision.

19. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via:

• In-app notification
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of the document
• Email message (if necessary)

Continued use after modification is considered acceptance of the new terms.
