التطبيق تدريبي مستقل، غير تابع لأي جهة حكومية أو هيئة اعتماد.
٢البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فقط ما نحتاجه لتشغيل الخدمة. البيانات التالية هي التي تُجمَع وتُحفَظ على خوادمنا:

ملاحظة حول كلمات المرور: كلمات المرور تُشفَّر بواسطة bcrypt ولا تُخزَّن بصيغة نصية أبداً. لا يمكن لأحد قراءتها، حتى المطوّر.
البيانات التقنية الأساسية: عناوين IP وأوقات الجلسة قد تُسجَّل تلقائياً عبر Supabase لأغراض الأمان والحماية من الاختراق فقط. لا تُستخدم للتتبع أو التحليل أو الإعلانات.
ما لا نجمعه:
- اسمك الحقيقي (First/Last Name)
- عنوان بريدك الإلكتروني
- موقعك الجغرافي
- جهات اتصالك
- صورك أو الكاميرا
- الميكروفون
- بياناتك الصحية أو الطبية
- بيانات الدفع البنكية (Apple يعالجها مباشرة)
- أي بيانات تتبع خارج التطبيق
- معرّفات إعلانية (IDFA)
- Cookies أو Pixel Tags
٣كيف نستخدم بياناتك
نستخدم بياناتك للأغراض التالية فقط:
- إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك
- منحك الوصول إلى المحتوى التدريبي
- التحقق من هويتك (OTP)
- حفظ تقدمك التدريبي وملاحظاتك
- التحقق من صحة الشراء مع Apple
- الرد على استفساراتك وبلاغاتك
التزامنا: لا نستخدم بياناتك للإعلانات، ولا نبيعها، ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية، ولا نُحلّلها لأغراض تجارية.
٤الأطراف الثالثة
نستعين بمزوّدي الخدمات التاليين لتشغيل التطبيق، ولهم سياسات خصوصية خاصة بهم:

نشارك مع كل مزوّد الحدّ الأدنى الضروري من البيانات لتشغيل الخدمة. لا نشارك بياناتك مع شركات إعلانات أو وسطاء بيانات أو أي طرف ثالث آخر.
٥مكان تخزين البيانات
بياناتك مُخزَّنة على خوادم Supabase في منطقة سنغافورة (Asia).
عند استخدام AI Tutor، يُرسَل نص سؤالك إلى خوادم OpenAI في الولايات المتحدة لمعالجته فقط ولا يُحتفظ به بشكل دائم.
المدفوعات تُعالَج عبر خوادم Apple العالمية، ولا نستلم أي بيانات بنكية.
٦أمان البيانات
نطبّق إجراءات أمنية لحماية بياناتك:
- كلمات المرور مُشفّرة بـ bcrypt (لا تُخزَّن بصيغة نصية أبداً)
- جميع الاتصالات بين التطبيق والخوادم مُشفّرة عبر HTTPS/TLS
- عزل بيانات المستخدمين عبر Row Level Security (RLS) في Supabase
- التحقق الثنائي عبر OTP عند الحاجة
- رموز الجلسة (JWT) تنتهي صلاحيتها بعد فترة محدّدة
- منع المشاركة المتزامنة للحساب (جلسة واحدة فقط)
لا يوجد نظام رقمي آمن بنسبة 100%. في حال علمنا بأي حادث أمني يؤثّر على بياناتك، سنُبلغك في أقرب وقت ممكن عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو إشعار داخل التطبيق.

عند طلب حذف حسابك: تُحذف جميع بياناتك من خوادمنا خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى، باستثناء ما قد يلزمنا حفظه قانونياً (مثل معرّفات المعاملات المالية لأغراض الضرائب والمحاسبة).
٨حقوقك
وفقاً لنظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي (PDPL) وقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية الأردني (2023)، لك الحقوق التالية:
- الوصول إلى بياناتك ومعرفة ما نملكه عنك
- تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة
- حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالكامل
- الاعتراض على أي معالجة لبياناتك
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك
كيف تمارس حقوقك:
راسلنا على [email protected] مع توضيح طلبك. سنرد عليك خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
إذا لم تكن راضياً عن استجابتنا، يحق لك تقديم شكوى للهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي (SDAIA) إذا كنت مقيماً في المملكة العربية السعودية.
٩الذكاء الاصطناعي
يستخدم التطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في المحتوى المساعد فقط:
محتوى مُولَّد بـ AI:
- الترجمة العربية للأسئلة والخيارات
- الشروحات التفصيلية
- الصوتيات الإنجليزية
- المساعد التفاعلي AI Tutor
محتوى غير مُولَّد بـ AI:
- نصوص الأسئلة الإنجليزية
- الخيارات الإنجليزية
- الإجابات الصحيحة
عند استخدام AI Tutor:
- يُرسَل نص سؤالك فقط إلى OpenAI
- لا يُرسَل اسمك أو رقم جوالك أو بيانات حسابك
- لا نحتفظ بسجل دائم لمحادثات AI Tutor
تنبيه: المحتوى المُولَّد بالذكاء الاصطناعي قد يحتوي على معلومات غير دقيقة. لا نضمن دقّته بنسبة 100%. هو محتوى تعليمي مساعد فقط، وليس استشارة طبية أو مرجعاً علمياً.
١٠خصوصية الأطفال
التطبيق مخصّص لطلاب التمريض البالغين (18 سنة فأكثر). نلتزم بحماية خصوصية القاصرين:
- المستخدم المستقل: 18 سنة فأكثر
- القاصرون من 13-17 سنة: بإذن وليّ الأمر فقط
- الأطفال دون 13 سنة: غير مسموح بإنشاء حساب
- لا نجمع عمداً أي بيانات من أشخاص دون 13 عاماً
سياسة حسابات القاصرين:
إذا اكتشفنا أن حساباً يخص قاصراً دون السن المسموح، نحذفه فوراً. إذا كنت ولي أمر واكتشفت أن طفلك أنشأ حساباً، يُرجى التواصل معنا على [email protected] لحذفه.
نلتزم بقوانين حماية الأطفال الدولية بما في ذلك COPPA الأمريكي، ونظام حماية البيانات الشخصية السعودي PDPL.
١١المدفوعات والشراء
جميع عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق تتم حصرياً عبر Apple In-App Purchase:
- لا نملك ولا نخزّن أي بيانات بطاقات ائتمانية
- لا نملك ولا نرى تفاصيل الدفع البنكية
- Apple تشارك معنا فقط: معرّف المعاملة وحالة الشراء
- الشراء من نوع Non-Consumable (شراء مرة واحدة)
- لا توجد رسوم متجددة أو تجديد تلقائي
الاسترداد:
لطلب استرداد المال، يجب التواصل مع Apple مباشرة عبر reportaproblem.apple.com خلال 14 يوماً من الشراء. لا يستطيع المطوّر معالجة طلبات الاسترداد.
تخضع جميع المدفوعات لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بـ Apple وشروط App Store.
١٢شفافية التتبع (App Tracking Transparency)
SNLE Trainer لا يتتبع أنشطتك بأي شكل من الأشكال:
- لا نطلب إذن التتبع (App Tracking Transparency) عند تشغيل التطبيق
- لا نستخدم معرّف الإعلانات (IDFA)
- لا نتتبعك عبر التطبيقات والمواقع الأخرى
- لا نشارك بياناتك مع شبكات إعلانية أو وسطاء بيانات
- لا نستخدم أي أدوات تحليلات خارجية (مثل Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel)
- لا نستخدم Cookies أو Pixel Tags
- لا نتتبع أنشطتك بين الأجهزة (Cross-Device Tracking)
التزامنا بخصوصيتك: نؤمن أن جودة التطبيق التعليمية لا تتطلب التضحية بخصوصيتك. نستخدم فقط الإحصائيات الداخلية المرتبطة بحسابك (تقدمك التدريبي) لمساعدتك على التعلم، ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض آخر.
١٣التحديثات
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر. عند حدوث تغييرات جوهرية، سنُبلغك عبر:
- تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" أعلى الصفحة
- إشعار داخل التطبيق إذا كان التغيير جوهرياً
- رسالة بريد إلكتروني (إذا لزم)
استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد التحديث يعني موافقتك على السياسة الجديدة.

SNLE Trainer is an independent practice app for nursing students, developed by Abdulhadi Alanazi as an independent solo developer.

The app is an independent training tool, not affiliated with any government entity or accreditation body.
2Data We Collect
We only collect what we need to operate the service. The following data is collected and stored on our servers:

Note on passwords: Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt and never stored in plain text. No one can read them, not even the developer.
Basic Technical Data: IP addresses and session times may be automatically logged via Supabase for security and breach protection purposes only. Not used for tracking, analytics, or advertising.
What we do NOT collect:
- Your real name (First/Last Name)
- Your email address
- Your geographic location
- Your contacts
- Your photos or camera
- Microphone
- Your health or medical data
- Banking payment data (Apple handles this directly)
- Any tracking data outside the app
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA)
- Cookies or Pixel Tags
3How We Use Your Data
We use your data only for the following purposes:
- Creating your account and logging you in
- Giving you access to training content
- Verifying your identity (OTP)
- Saving your training progress and notes
- Verifying your purchase with Apple
- Responding to your inquiries and reports
Our commitment: We do NOT use your data for advertising, do NOT sell it, do NOT share it for marketing purposes, and do NOT analyze it for commercial purposes.
4Third Parties
We use the following service providers to operate the app, and each has their own privacy policy:

We share with each provider only the minimum data necessary to operate the service. We do not share your data with advertising companies, data brokers, or any other third party.
5Data Storage Location
Your data is stored on Supabase servers located in Singapore (Asia).
When using AI Tutor, your question text is sent to OpenAI servers in the United States for processing only and is not retained permanently.
Payments are processed through Apple's global servers, and we do not receive any banking data.
6Data Security
We apply security measures to protect your data:
- Passwords are encrypted with bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
- All communications between the app and servers are encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
- User data isolation via Row Level Security (RLS) in Supabase
- Two-factor authentication via OTP when needed
- Session tokens (JWT) expire after a defined period
- Concurrent account sharing is prevented (one session at a time)
No digital system is 100% secure. If we become aware of any security incident affecting your data, we will notify you as soon as possible via email or in-app notification.
7Data Retention

Upon account deletion request: All your data is deleted from our servers within 30 days maximum, except for what we may be legally required to keep (such as financial transaction identifiers for tax and accounting purposes).
8Your Rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and the Jordanian Personal Data Protection Law (2023), you have the following rights:
- Access to your data and knowing what we hold about you
- Correct any inaccurate data
- Delete your account and all data
- Object to any processing of your data
- Request a copy of your data
How to exercise your rights:
Email us at [email protected] explaining your request. We will respond within 30 days maximum.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to file a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA) if you are a resident of Saudi Arabia.
9Artificial Intelligence
The app uses AI only for supplementary content:
AI-generated content:
- Arabic translation of questions and choices
- Detailed explanations
- English audio
- Interactive AI Tutor assistant
Non-AI content:
- English question texts
- English answer choices
- Correct answers
When using AI Tutor:
- Only the text of your question is sent to OpenAI
- Your name, phone number, or account data are NOT sent
- We do not maintain permanent logs of AI Tutor conversations
Notice: AI-generated content may contain inaccurate information. We do not guarantee 100% accuracy. It is supplementary educational content only, not a medical consultation or scientific reference.
10Children's Privacy
The app is intended for adult nursing students (18 years and older). We are committed to protecting minors' privacy:
- Independent user: 18 years or older
- Minors aged 13-17: Parental consent required
- Children under 13: Not allowed to create an account
- We do not knowingly collect any data from persons under 13
Minors Account Policy:
If we discover an account belongs to a minor below the permitted age, we will delete it immediately. If you are a parent and discover your child has created an account, please contact us at [email protected] to delete it.
We comply with international child protection laws including COPPA (US) and the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law PDPL.
11Payments and Purchases
All in-app purchases are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase:
- We do NOT own or store any credit card data
- We do NOT have access to banking payment details
- Apple shares with us only: transaction identifier and purchase status
- Purchase type is Non-Consumable (one-time purchase)
- No recurring fees or auto-renewal
Refunds:
To request a refund, you must contact Apple directly via reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase. The developer cannot process refund requests.
All payments are subject to Apple's privacy policy and App Store terms.
12App Tracking Transparency
SNLE Trainer does NOT track your activities in any way:
- We do NOT request tracking permission (App Tracking Transparency) when launching the app
- We do NOT use the advertising identifier (IDFA)
- We do NOT track you across other apps and websites
- We do NOT share your data with advertising networks or data brokers
- We do NOT use any external analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel)
- We do NOT use Cookies or Pixel Tags
- We do NOT perform cross-device tracking
Our commitment to your privacy: We believe educational app quality does not require sacrificing your privacy. We only use internal statistics linked to your account (your training progress) to help you learn, and we do not use them for any other purpose.
13Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by:
- Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of the page
- In-app notification if the change is significant
- Email message (if necessary)
Continued use of the app after an update means your acceptance of the new policy.
